I recently had eight nights at this welcoming B & B. My ensuite room was very spacious with an equally spacious bathroom, complete with walk-in shower and bath. A lovely comfy bed with lots of storage for clothes including a large built-in wardrobe. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked exactly to order. Jayne was always welcoming, thoughtful and helpful – offering to dry wet clothes and boots, lending me an umbrella and even offering me a lift into nearby Wadebridge one day. The farmhouse is beautifully situated in a lovely, peaceful village, surrounded by countryside views. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here.Home From Home! Scrupulously Clean
This bed and breakfast is run by Jayne, the room was very clean and spacious. Jayne was extremely helpful and cooked us a wonderful breakfast every day at a time which suited us. The views from the room were amazing. I can’t recommend this bed and breakfast enough, well worth a stay.Excellent stay at Burlawn farm B&B
Lovely rooms and spotlessly clean.great views over the country’s
side ,good breakfasts and plenty of choice.A warm and friendly welcome too,Ideal place to visit the rest of the north Cornish coast.would not hesitate in recommending Burlawns as an ideal place to stay especially if you like a quiet relaxing break.Lovely place to stay
Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Fabulous bathroom with bath and shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Very quiet, just as we like it. Would we go back, yes we would. Very friendly people. Drawbacks, none really unless narrow lanes scare you.Great Place to Stay
Stayed at Burlawn for a couple of nights , spotlessly clean and cosy with a very warm welcome , our breakfast was great and we had the use of a guest lounge , for supper ect , beautiful rural location , and a tip, turn right and allow a couple of hours for a walk , beautiful country lanes and woods.Lovely B and B
It was impossible to find fault once we were inside Burlawn Farm. However prospective visitors need to be aware that the road from Wadebridge to the B&B is quite long, quite busy and above all single track! “Mad” farmers with wide loads made life rather tricky and if you are not confident reversing and/or squeezing into narrow passing places you might want to find another place to stay!Lots to praise
Really lovely place to stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really delicious and nicely served. Room was very tidy and specious. Location was just perfect for our holidays as it was very quiet and we could relax. Would really recommend to anybody who is looking for nice B&B in Wadebridge area. Anna & SlavExcellent B&B
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burlawn Farm. The room was very spacious, modern, very clean, an en suite toilet with bath and Mira shower. The view from the room was lovely. Cannot fault the B & B at all. It was located a mile and a half from Wadebridge. The village had everything you needed – a selection of pubs/ bars for meals, cafes, shops, garage, Tesco etc. The B & B was very central to a lot of different attractions/villages. We traveled down to Falmouth, Looe, Bostcastle and many more. I would recommend this B & B to anyone. Jayne was very helpful, welcoming and cooked a lovely fry up every day. Thanks Jayne and Andrew for a lovely time.Brilliant
We had a lovely stay at Burlawn B and B with our friends. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Jayne was so welcoming and the breakfast set you up for the day. Lovely to watch the cows out of the bedroom window and see the newly born babies!Wonderful stay
